Thai Coconut Sauce

Elevate your grilled dishes with our Thai Coconut Sauce—a blend of ginger, jalapeno, and coconut milk that adds an exotic twist to chicken or beef. Unleash a symphony of flavors in every bite.
Ingredients:
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger, minced
1/2 each Fresh Jalapeno, sliced
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/8 Cup Sriracha Sauce
1/8 Lime Juice
1/2 Coconut Milk Can
1/2 Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
3 oz. Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
3/4 tsp. Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbs. Fresh Garlic, chopped

How to prepare:
- Heat Sesame Seed Oil in a small saucepan.
- Add Ginger and Jalapeno Pepper and saute until soft.
- Add Rice Vinegar and Brown Sugar and simmer until dissolved.
- Transfer to a stainless mixing bowl and cool to room temperature.
- In a food processor combine Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sriracha Sauce, Lime Juice, Coconut Milk, Sweet Chili Sauce, Cilantro, Peanut Butter, Cumin, Coriander, and Garlic and blend until thoroughly incorporated.
- Add Coconut and Peanut butter mixture together with Vinegar mix in a bowl and blend with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Transfer to a suitable storage container and you can store this sauce for 4 days in a refrigerator.
