This light and bubbly cocktail with hints of Apple Cider and a touch of Cinnamon Sugar that pairs beautifully with an intense flavor of Prime New York Strips alongside sweet and succulent Lobster Tails.

 
   Ingredients:
1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
2 oz. Apple Cider
0.25 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Sparkling Wine
How to make it:
  1. Add all ingredients except Sparkling Wine to a shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Top with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with an apple slice dusted with Cinnamon-Sugar*

*Cinnamon Sugar: In a container, combine 1/4 cup of Granulated Sugar and 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon. Whisk to mix together.
